Edwin W. Leslie, CHA

President & CEO

 

Edwin Leslie has spent a 30 year career serving the global hospitality industry as an investor, advisor, and champion. Since founding LHC in 1996, he has leveraged a comprehensive understanding of the global hospitality industry and a lifetime’s worth of local, national, and international connections to build a hotel and resort portfolio amounting to $500 million in assets under management. His deep knowledge of hospitality finance, and strong network of industry, financial, and governmental leaders allow him to execute any size or scope of hospitality finance project worldwide. Among his many public service roles, Edwin received an appointment by the U.S. Secretary of State to the United Nations World Tourism Organization.

Tami Grosman

Chief Financial Officer

 

Tami Grosman is a 30-year veteran of hospitality and real estate, with the rare distinction of having achieved success in both the multi-family and hotel spaces. As Chief Financial Officer, Tami sets strategic financial direction for the company and the hotels under its control, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury and risk management. Her extensive expertise and knowledge insure maximum value for Leslie Hospitality, as well as its clients and partners.

Frank Kubat brings vast expertise assisting owners, lenders and investors in controlling cost and expenditures for hospitality properties. His expertise in management and procurement for every scale of hotel and resort ensures maximum value and optimized ROI for Leslie Hospitality and its partners.

Michael Jones

Managing Director

 

Michael I. Jones is a Cornell University Certified Asset Manager with extensive international experience, and a specialty in the Chinese marketplace. As Managing Director of Leslie Hospitality, Michael applies a deep understanding of the dynamics of financial and operational success in real estate, asset management, and management contracts. He is an expert in leading large organizations through turn-around and stabilization, improving operations and increasing value. As an asset manager, he has a keen ability to view management concerns from multiple points of view, ensuring that property owners, operators, and lenders each receive the most advantageous terms possible.
